Neil Kelly (@nkellyboy) presents
A 12-Module Hybrid Program for Early-Career Actors Ready to Turn Professional
Most actors spend a decade piecing this together — the right materials, the right strategy, the right moment to approach an agent. This program gives you the blueprint from someone who's already on the other side: a working Hollywood actor with Netflix and Hulu credits who built this system from scratch, and is handing it to you.
12 modules. 1-on-1 coaching. One outcome: a professional marketing system designed to get legitimate talent agents to say yes.
Applications reviewed personally. Limited spots per cohort.
Why This Is Different
There is no shortage of online programs teaching actors "the business." The problem almost none of them address: the person teaching you has never built the career you're trying to build. The insight doesn't come from watching the game. It comes from playing it.
What most programs offer
What this program does
A coach who has observed actors
A working Hollywood actor who is still actively in the industry
Headshots, reel, and self-tape taught as separate skills
A coordinated marketing system where all three tell one cohesive story
General career improvement
One specific outcome: a professional package ready for agent submission
Group cohorts of 20–50 students
Small cohort with 1-on-1 coaching built around your specific type
Inspiration and motivation
Tools, frameworks, and direct feedback on your actual work
The hardest part of early career acting isn't the talent. It's not even the rejection. It's the decade of trial and error that happens between "I'm serious about this" and "I understand how this business actually works." This program compresses that decade. Not because I'm handing you shortcuts — but because I've already made the mistakes, and I'm giving you the map.

These actors came in trained and serious. They left with something they didn't have before — a different relationship to the work, to the camera, and to their own potential.
"It was my first time auditioning for a SAG National Commercial — a SuperBowl commercial. Neil's coaching took my audition from 'good' to 'stand out.' I ended up getting an in-person callback."
John Conlin
First SAG Audition · SuperBowl Commercial Callback
"When Neil pointed out I was 'hovering above the character,' everything clicked. I left with something I didn't have before: the confidence to bring all of who I am — on any given day — into the work."
Travis Cilik
Actor
"Neil reminded me that I am enough — that I don't need to 'show' anything. I can trust myself, and that will be enough. I'll carry that into every audition."
Tara Tisch-Wallace
Actor
Is This Program Right for You?
Read both columns honestly. This program works best when it's the right fit — and we'd rather be clear about that upfront.
If you read the left column and felt recognized — keep reading. The next section is the system.
The Program Structure
This isn't a collection of topics — it's a sequential system. Each phase builds directly on the one before it, moving from identity to craft to materials to launch. By the end, every piece works together.
Modules 1–3
Before you build anything, you need to know what you're building — and who you are as a marketable, bookable actor in today's industry.
Modules 4–6
Marketing can get an agent to open your materials. Only craft can make them pick up the phone. These three modules cover the specific performance skills that separate actors who get callbacks from actors who get overlooked.
Modules 7–9
Not three separate tasks — one unified story told across three formats. By the end of this phase, your headshot, your reel, and your self-tape all point toward the same specific, castable version of you.
Modules 10–12
The infrastructure, the targeting strategy, and the outreach system to get your materials in front of the right people — and keep them there.

Both tracks cover the full 12-module curriculum. The difference is the intensity of support, the pace of delivery, and how much your life can absorb at once. Neither is "easier" — they're designed for different circumstances.
6 Months · Bi-Weekly 1:1 Coaching
Six months gives the curriculum room to breathe. You implement each module before moving to the next — so you're not just learning the system, you're actually building it in real time. Designed for the actor managing a day job, a life, and a career simultaneously, without burning out in month two.
3 Months · Weekly 1:1 Coaching
Three months is a full business overhaul on a compressed timeline. Weekly coaching sessions keep the pressure on and the momentum high. Not easier — more demanding. Designed for the actor who has cleared the runway and has the capacity to go all in for 90 days.
Not sure which track fits your situation? That's exactly what the Discovery Call is for.
About Your Mentor
I'm a BFA-trained working Hollywood actor with screen credits on Netflix and Hulu.
I've been on major sets alongside cast members you'd recognize — working inside the same machine you're trying to break into, learning what it actually means to show up as a professional, earn a casting director's trust, and build a career that doesn't depend on luck because it's built on a system.
I also create content across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok — reaching tens of thousands of actors with high-level character analysis and industry breakdowns that cut through the noise. That work taught me something important: actors are hungry for real information from someone who's actually in it.
I want to be transparent about something I make clear from day one: I am not a guru. I don't have a secret formula. I can't promise you a specific outcome, and I won't. What I can tell you is that I have spent years building a system — a real one, tested in the actual industry — and I have packaged everything I know into this curriculum.
I'm not here to tell you what to dream. I'm here to help you build.
"There was a take where everything we'd built together fully came together — and I just felt so proud of myself."
— Grace Christine, Actor
"For the first time, I saw the real possibility of gaining representation and getting work in this industry — at my age."
— Lisa H., Actor

If you're looking for motivation, there are podcasts for that. If you're looking for a community to commiserate with, there are forums for that.
This program is for the actor who is trained, serious, and ready to stop treating their career like a hope and start treating it like a system — with real materials, real strategy, and someone in their corner who has actually done what they're trying to do.
Applications reviewed personally. Limited spots per cohort.
BFA-trained. Working Hollywood actor. Netflix and Hulu screen credits.
Not teaching a system I read about — teaching the one I built.
